Christmas 2008
Okay, it has been quite a while since I have posted. I got a new camera for Christmas from Shannon and the boys and I just figured out last night how to transfer pictures. Today, however, my computer has completely lost it. I am at mom's blogging now. Hopefully I will be able to post some new pics soon. Hope you had a Merry Christmas and have a Happy New Year.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Wishing you all a Happy & Safe Thanksgiving. Tomorrow is not only Thanksgiving, but also Shannon's and my 9th wedding anniversary. So here's the story. A while back I threw out a not so subtle hint that if he wanted to get me anything for our upcoming anniversary I would love the Willow Tree Nativity Set. Well yesterday he called me on the way home and said that my anniversary gift had come in and he was going to pick it up. He had gotten me a set of flannel sheets. Now I love flannel sheets probably more than most but here is the kicker...a pair of camouflage flannel sheets with deers on them. That's right, he was going to pick them up at our local hunting store. But he surprised me today with the Nativity Set. I love it!!! And I guess I can handle the deer sheets as well. At least they will be warm. Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving.

Happy Birthday to you...
It's hard to believe that one year ago today we were blessed with such an adorable new addition to our family. Walker has been a real trooper today. He has not felt well at all but he smiled for a picture. He didn't quite know what to think about the cupcake. He never would eat any, try as we all did, he'd just shake his head no. Hopefully he will be feeling better on Sunday for his party and ready to eat cake.

Old Fashioned Day
Today was Old Fashioned Day at Church. Everyone dressed in "old fashioned" clothing and after church we had a meal.
Here is Walker getting ready to leave for church.
We had classes in the sanctuary, instead of going to everyone's classrooms, just like in the old days. Here are Alexa and Walker.
Aunt Char & Katie
Will & Walker's class went outside to play a game of "Drop the Handkerchief". It's very similar to Duck Duck Goose, someone drops a handkerchief behind another person and then must beat that person back to their spot. The kids had a lot of fun and ran off some energy.

Happy Halloween!
Here are a few pictures of our Halloween. The morning started very early, as usual.
Here's Will with his pumpkin he painted at school. They had a party and got ALOT of candy.
Happy 1st Halloween Little Bear!!!
At our first stop we ran into two other cowboys! Here are Will, Nick, Walker, & Nate.
The cowboys are striking a pose!
Walker after the FIRST stop! He needed a little power nap.
Cowboy Will "The Kid" Stephens
Our second stop was to see Grandma Cunningham.
After stopping at Nana & Papa's (they were sick so no pics), we stopped at the neighbors and then on to Aunt Char's house where we ran into this beautiful Princess Madelynn and an adorable Tigger Katie.
My two little spooks.
Look at those adorable cheeks. His little bear nose kept disappearing.

We visited more neighbors including Grandma Stephens and ended up at Pa & Granny Joyce's for a bonfire. As Will said to "burn some hotdogs." We went on a hayride and roasted marshmallows. Here are Alexa and Will...they appear to be up to something.

Birthday Parties
Well Fall Break is FINALLY here! We spent the weekend helping to celebrate some very special birthdays. On Saturday, Anna turned ONE. And on Sunday Easton turned eight! We are planning to celebrate Will's Fourth Birthday on Sunday. I cannot believe my baby will be four in a week. And we will be celebrating Walker's b-day before too long. Today (actually Shannon informed me it was yesterday) Walker stood up all by himself (without holding onto anything). Just stood right up. I was screaming and clapping. So then tonight he stood up again and looked at me, laughed, and gave the biggest grin; he had to make sure I was watching. My precious miracles are growing up so fast!
