End of the Season

Monday night was Will & Walker's last t-ball & pee wee games. Walker's game was 1st. It started to rain, but we got the game in. The Mariners
We had enough time inbetween games to go and eat. The rain cleared and Will was ready to play ball. Will accepting his tropy from Coach J.R.
Aren't these the cutest little trophies. Well, they were. Walker had to take his into the restaurant when we went to eat and dropped his. I think superglue will work.

Saturday Nap

I have been working away on planning our vacation that is in less than 2 weeks. Will & Walker had been watching TV. I went to get Walker to go to the potty (we've been trying to potty-train) before lunch. Will said Mom he's asleep. I walked over and this is what I found. Walker loves to take all the pillows off the couch and hide under them. This time he feel asleep.

Happy Summer!

For the first "official" day of summer, we met Julie & Anna for some pool time.
Snack time for Walker & AnnaWill, Walker & Anna playing "Ring around the Roses"
Will splashing in the pool.
Then it was off to the ball park.
Walker on Third
Walker got three balls last night. During the first inning he ran into the dugout and said,"Daddy I almost caught the ball." So sweet. During practice he'd run after the balls, but once games started he "just watched". Then in the last inning, with some help from Coach Robin, he caught/stopped three balls and was SO excited!

Guess what I won...

A Baby Changes Everything is one of my favorite blogs, especially right before Christmas. Go check her out. Grammy is a professional tree decorator and creates the most gorgeous trees! I commented to win the PWC and this morning when checking out her blog I discovered that I won! Yay!!!

Fab 5 Friday

Here are a few of our favorite things.

First and foremost I LOVE my Nikon DSLR. I take tons of pictures. Of course I have two very adorable subjects.

DVR - Not sure what I did before DVR. I love that I can record my favorite soap opera (General Hospital) and then fast forward through the commercials.
Edy's Fruit Bars - These are great! We've tried the strawberry but I want to try the Acai Berry. The Fruit bars have 80 calories, all natural, made with real fruit and are fat-free.
Breakfast Bars - Walker LOVES "B-Bars". We could not live without these at our house. The boys LOVE them! I really believe Walker could eat them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Strawberry, blueberry, apple; Nutri-Grain, Kroger-brand; it doesn't matter. Good thing Sam's carries these in bulk! I personally only like the Special-K brand Strawberry bars.

Maytag Frontload Washer & Dryer - I've been home on summer vacation for four days now and the only thing I've done is laundry. I'm ALMOST caught up. I didn't realize I was so behind or that my kids changed clothes so frequently. The great thing about my washer is I can wash big loads and the dryer is almost always finished drying a load when the washer gets finished washing a load. Now if I could just get someone to fold and put away I'd be good to go!

Day Out With Thomas

Saturday was a very busy day. We started off with Walker placing 3rd in the 24-36 month boy category at the bigger and better Russell County Fair. Congratulations to the cutest little boy.
Then we headed to... The boys got to meet Sir Topham Hatt. Walker looks a little scared in the picture but really liked Sir Topham Hatt. One of Will's favorite parts was the magic show. Then the train ride with Thomas We finished the day with a little play time.

Swimming

After supper, Aunt Char and Uncle Gary invited us over to swim. Will was a little skittish at first, but took right to the water. Walker pretty much held on to Shannon the whole time. However, when it was time to get out, Walker wanted to get right back in.

We are so ready for summer vacation. Only two more days of school left.

T-ball and a Birthday

Walker had his first t-ball game tonight. The Mariners did a great job!
Walker and Nate before the game started. I asked Walker why he didn't catch the ball and he told me "I was watching."
After the game, we went out to eat with Papa & Nana. Today is Papa's birthday. We went back to their house so Papa could open presents. Papa wasn't surprised with his gifts, maybe Will announcing at supper what he got took the surprise out of it.
Happy Birthday Papa!
