We've had a very busy weekend. Shannon had to work nights this weekend and baseball has started. Saturday morning Walker had his first t-ball practice. This had to be the cutest thing ever - 3 and 4-year olds trying to figure out the game. The big goal was teaching them when it was their turn to take the field to run to an X (spray painted on the field). The thing was once they got to their X very few would run to get the ball. I have a feeling very soon they will all be fighting over it.
After t-ball practice we had a couple of hours and then we were back to the field for the 100-inning Little League Game. Will's team did a great job at their first scrimmage. We ended up getting to play our three innings back to back to back. The weather was beautiful, everyone had a great time, and we were all worn out by the end of the afternoon!
After a quick nap, we headed to Nana & Papa's. This is the usual scene - Will and Walker trying to catch Nana's fish out of her pond, with their hands. Poor fish!
Then we headed over to Uncle Nick & Aunt Emily's. Uncle Nick took the boys for a
ride on whatever this thing is called.
