JES Fall Festival

Last night was Will's fall festival.  Instead of making a basket to auction, his class decided to make a project.  I've asked for about the last two weeks what his class was making.  After school on Friday he finally told me they were auctioning a plate with all the kids thumbprints on it made into what they wanted to be when they grew up.  I didn't win the plate but at least got a picture of it.

Will wants to be a construction worker ~ he does love to build and create.

Playing games

And this is what you get for $20 ~ at least the money went for a good cause.

Halloween Weekend

On Saturday, my sister and I hosted a wedding shower for our soon-to-be SIL, Emily.  I somehow only managed to take a few pictures (which never happens!)
Brunch table with lots of goodies.

Yummy Vincent cupcakes

Then Saturday night we went trick-or-treating.
Argh Matey! My little pirate Walker

Will as Captain Rex
Will is obsessed with Star Wars!  He thought it was really funny because he closed his eyes in all his pictures and  I didn't realize that you could see them closed.

Trick-or-treating at Grandma Cunningham's
Sunday morning was Old Fashion Day at Church.
So sweet!

Walker could pass for a little Amish boy

There was even a wagon ride after lunch

Pumpkin Patch

Today, after church and before play practice, we went on our yearly trip to the pumpkin patch.  The weather was great and the boys had a great time!
We fed and petted some animals...
Walker had so much fun feeding the goats.

Will loved these little goats.
                                               walked through the corn maze...
                                                    ran into some friends...
went on the hayride to the pumpkin patch ...
Will was very impressed with this gourd he found for me.  He kept saying, "Aren't you glad I found this?!"

His "warty" pumpkin he found.

Walker and his "watermelon" colored pumpkin
                                                   crawled through the hay tunnel...
                                                              played....
                                                     AND HAD A GREAT AFTERNOON!!!!!

M-I-C-K-E-Y

We just got home from a wonderful fall break, birthday-celebrating trip to Walt Disney World.  We went to celebrate Will's upcoming 6th birthday and Walker's upcoming 3rd birthday.  Both boys got sick on the trip but that didn't slow any of us down and it didn't stop the fun!  Here are a few (okay a bunch) of pictures from our trip.  I took tons of pictures and narrowed down to a few highlights.

Family picture

I don't think Walker had ever seen Stitch before.  He was the first character we saw at Epcot and quickly became Walker's favorite.  Here are the boys at O'Hana's (our favorite)!

Picture with Mickey Mouse

My sweet boys!

Walker just HAD to have this set of Mickey ears.  He tried on practically every pair there and I had to give in because that was the only pair he wanted.

Walker's favorite ride - Dumbo.  We got to ride Dumbo late one evening just as the fireworks show began over the castle.  We had the best view!

We were lucky enough to get to follow to Florida, and then meet up with some friends of ours from Church, who were visiting at the same time.  Here are the kiddos - Juliaha, Walker, Lucas & Will getting ready to go see It's Tough to Be a Bug.

The highlight of Will's trip - the Jedi training.  15 kids were chosen to train with a Jedi Master and then they got to fight Darth Vader.  Look how serious Will is!  He loved it!!!  (And so did I - he looked so cute!)

We stayed at Disney's All Star Movies.  Here are Will & Walker with Buzz Lightyear.

Two sad boys who didn't want to leave.
